1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

2. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories (if any) must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days and the item must be shipped back to us within 7 days after approval.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued as:
    • A replacement product, or
  • We do not issue cash refunds, as all orders are Cash on Delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized or special-order items are also non-returnable.

5. Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
